Kenny reached the grand old age of 50 last week along with Andy reaching the 40 mark, so they had a joint party to celebrate and used the oppurtunity to get everyone back togeather again.
It was good to see all the faces from the partys togeather again having a laugh and just generally getting on, party kicked off at of all places Stretford Cricket Club, then moved onto Lisa’s flat, where drinks flowed and people talked bollox (mainly due to what they’d had).
We left fairly early on in the morning 5:00am so maybe not so early, but the party carried on after we left, ending only when John, Ben and a few others decided to place most of Lisa food stuffs in the freezer . . . oh and after Ben had emptied a full bag of flour over the sleeping Lisa’s head (not nice Ben).
Gotta say Kenny was looking good for an old man and no doubt has many years left in him, all the best Kenny and Andy

was it would seem a resounding success, everyone who was there seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was good to see a few faces we haven’t seen in a while and meet faces we’ve heard about but never met.
Hopefully sometime this week I’ll add the photo’s to the Flickr page for all those in attendance to view.
So keep checking back to see them.
The party eventually wound down sometime around 6:00-6:30am Sunday, we’d left probably about an hour earlier deciding that sleeping was more important then drinking or being the last to leave, just hope those who left last at least attempted to help tidy up (I did my little bit of cleaning earlier on in the evening with Damien when we cleaned the kitchen table).
Due to the excesses of the evening I found it easier to stay in bed then actually attempt to get up on Sunday and ordered in Chinese to fill my aching stomach, though a curry would have been better I think, still feeling slightly worse for wear today, but it’s Monday so I had better get my head together and get myself into work, also need to make sure we go to the vets tonight with Blue’s urine sample, so we can be sure she’s not pregnant for real, will let you know the result as soon as we know . . catchya laters

So we’re back from the Big Chill Festival, and boy what a festival it was.
We arrived about 8:30pm Thursday night after detouring to Bristol to see a mate, so was pretty late compared to previous years, anywa after setting up camp we headed up to the Body & Soul area of the festival where there was a forum meet on the go, by the time we got up there we were pretty much soaked to the skin as it had started raining shortly after we arrived, did’nt stay there long as we were throughly knackered and wanted to get some sleep so we could enjoy Friday nights shinnanigans.
Come Friday morning we were up and at em, spent most of the day just wondering around the many stages, tents stalls that make up the Big Chill, enjoyed sampling all the foods that were on offer as well, it was sometime around then that I donned the Dangermouse mask and gloves, this was to be one of the enjoyable moments of the festival, as no sooner had I put the kit on then I was mobbed by people wanting there picture taken with Dangermouse, dead funny walking around and constantly hearing people scream “DANGERMOUSE”, also had a lot of fun asking randoms if they knew where I could score some quality cheese’s as I only had Cottage cheese and that did’nt give the buzz I wanted
Anyway I’ll continue the rest of the Big Chill weekend in the next post as I’m still recovering to be honest.
